Customer Service Advisor – Bath – £24k – Annual Bonus 3k
This client is well established firm who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to support the ongoing management of the sales ledger and debt within their industry.
Main Duties:
+ Using SAP to organise, process returns and orders
+ Take orders from customers over the phone, assist customers with queries
+ Account administration and other general administration tasks
+ Maintain internal record of processes which link to tasks and activities
Key skills:
+ Experience with SAP
+ Customer Service Professional
+ IT Skills
+ Strong Communication/Organisational and Analytical Skills
Salary/Location:
+ The salary ranges from 24k, with a yearly bonus of Approx 3k
+ This position is a full-time role based in Bath
