Job description
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys speaking with customers and providing excellent customer service. You will be confident speaking with customers, logging information, investigating queries and resolving issues. You will have excellent communication skills, be confident, and be comfortable working with Microsoft Office packages.
Key duties
- To deliver an exception Customer experience – Customer first approach
- To manage the end-to-end customer service experience.
- To follow standard documented processes and procedures as required.
- To record all customer interaction within company systems.
- Taking ownership of operational customer issues through to full resolution.
- To build strong working relationships with contracted customers and internal/external stakeholders.
- To complete essential administrative tasks associated with the role within the agreed timescales.
You will work on a structured 3 week rota basis operating between 8am – 6.30pm.
