About the role
As our first point of contact for customers, the Customer Service Advisor plays a key role in the Mizuno Team. Providing first class B2B customer service experience, as well as communicating clearly on needs and expectations to the wider team including, the Customer Service Manager, Credit Control team, Production and Warehousing teams and our Sales team.
Key tasks and responsibilities include;
· Process orders, advise customers of the status of orders, stock levels and ETA of any backorders.
· Be aware of call volumes and work closely with the team to ensure abandoned calls are kept to a minimum and within company service targets.
· Maintain customer database with up-to-date information
· Monitor order book and ensure all orders are converted to achieve sales targets.
· Ensure that customer and sales force queries are resolved both promptly and correctly.
· Ensure incident reports are raised promptly to relevant warehouse detailing all discrepancies.
· Work closely with relevant departments to ensure highest level of service is provided to customers.
· Obtain proof of deliveries when required.
Initially based in the office for training, this team work on a hybrid basis comprising of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home. Each team members work from home days are the same each week and this would be agreed upon joining.

Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have/be;
· Excellent organisational skills with an ability to pay particular attention to detail
· Experience of inputting volume data and information with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Customer service experience
· Positive attitude and engaging personality
· Familiarity with Excel, Word etc
