Our Client, a leading car dealership group are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor join their business based out of their Lexus Edgware Dealership.
The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and retention within their centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to make their first move into a premium automotive dealer group.
Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor
- The role will be responsible for contacting customers at regular touchpoints by phone and email,
- Actively managing a pipeline of leads and working closely with the sales team in the centre to deliver a personalised customer experience.
- Always takes a customer focused approach and ensures quality communication with customers by phone, email and in person.
- Works closely with the Group Renewals Manager, who is responsible for leading the overall approach to customer retention.
To be a Customer Service Advisor
- Have first class customer service skills
- Experience working within retail sales, hospitality or premium customer service roles
- Be a dynamic and personable individual who is willing to learn
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Need to have a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Have a proactive and independent nature
About the Company
- Basic salary of £35,000 p.a.
