Our customer service team is seeking candidates who are passionate about providing the best service to our clients. We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can work well under pressure. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. We're looking for candidates with outstanding communication skills, who have great attention to detail and can multitask effectively in an online environment.
Responsibilities:
- Interviews new customers and collects information to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately.
- Using the telephone and email, communicate with customers directly to resolve questions and concerns.
- Schedule maintenance for vehicles.
- Maintain inventory of parts and ensure that they are properly allocated to vehicle jobs.
- Work to ensure quality of work performed by mechanics.
- Process paperwork to track maintenance and repair costs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
