| Salary £21,189 - £21,968 Per annum | Fixed term till 30 November 2023 Full time 37 hours per week | Pro Rata

We are looking to recruit a number of temporary Customer Service Advisors to help the County Council support the Refugee Integration Team. Applications are welcomed from candidates who speak Arabic and English. Knowledge of Kurdish Sorani is also advantageous but not essential.

The successful post holders will play a vital role in the team by responding to queries via telephone and email with regards to various settlement schemes. This will help ensure refugees and asylum seekers are able to access the support they need, as well as making outbound welfare calls.

Our opening hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday and we are able to accommodate requests for full time or part time shift patterns, subject to business needs.

Full training will take place at our contact centre in Accrington and equipment will be provided. After this initial period is complete, you will be able to continue working at our contact centre in Accrington or Preston, or work primarily from home, provided you meet certain technology criteria.

The posts are temporary until 30th November 2023 and the closing date for applications is Sunday 9th April 2023.
