Customer Service Advisor
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 17.00pm
Location: Stourbridge
Salary: Salary negotiable
Are client based in the Stourbridge are looking for a customer service Advisor, who can communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Maintaining a database of customer information
· Escalating enquiries to the appropriate team when necessary
· Resolving customer issues via phone and email
· Working with the customer service manager
· Being the first point of contact for customers queries received via phone and email
· Organising documentation and entering it onto the system
· Dealing with general day to day administrative duties
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
