Huntswood have a great opportunity for people with excellent Customer Service Skills.
Would you like to use your call centre or customer service experience but want the chance to work from home and not have to work shifts or weekends, then we have a role for you.
Your roll would be as a Customer Service Advisor for a large and well known pension’s provider. Working as part of an established telephony team you will take inbound calls from customers and answer general queries they may have regarding communication that has been issued to customers.
You will be providing an excellent level of customer service by meeting customers' needs and making their call journey as easy and smooth as possible.
- Start Date - 27th March 2023
- £10 per hour (£19,500 pa) + Performance Bonus (up to 50p per hour)
- Please Note - the hourly rate will increase inline with National Minimum Wage
- Working Monday - Friday (9-5.30pm) NO WEEKENDS!

The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:
- Experience working in a telephone-based Customer Service Role
- Experience or knowledge of the financial services industry would be beneficial
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
- Strong numeracy and written communication skills
- A quiet space with a desk and chair and a stable broadband connection
Day to Day
- Delivering a consistent and excellent level of customer service while remaining an ambassador for the client
- Receiving inbound call enquiries regarding communication that has been issued to customers.
- Answering and resolving inbound customer via phone and demonstrating ownership of the problem where needed
- Identify opportunities that will improve the customer experience, striving to achieve performance and customer targets.
