Customer Service Advisor - Temporary-Permanent
Our client based in Basildon are seeking an Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis. The successful candidate will have good organisational skills and prior experience of sales order processing, inventory management and Customer services. Duties:
Experience Required:
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch break
£12 per hour, weekly pay
Office based with free parking

Duties:
- Order management and fulfilment, order support and customer service-related tasks
- Handle incoming requests, via phone and email, to ensure any issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly for the customer
- Assist with customer queries through marketplace messages on Amazon and eBay and ensuring customers receive a response within the 24-hour response time limit
- Dealing with Sales ledger invoicing using Sage Line 50
- Stock management for 3PL warehouses
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure orders are dispatched timely and accurately
- Produce appropriate management reports and KPI's as required
Experience Required:
- Prior experience of sales order processing is essential
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner and excellent literacy skills
- Good organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and find the best customer outcome
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Excel
- Hardworking and a good team player
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude to work
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 to 50 wpm
