Job description
You will be working as a small team who pride themselves in the service they offer at all levels
Key Responsibilities:
Providing a high level of customer service both on the telephone and via e mail
Handling product enquiries providing advice, guidance, suitability and direction for repairs and parts
Proactively problem solve and handle complaints in a professional manner
Accurately update and amend information on the internal system
Schedule deliveries to meet customers needs
Confidently with internal departments and third parties
Experience & Education
Customer Service background preferably within a similar role with at least 12 months experience.
Minimum Maths and English GCSE’s or equivalent
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Skills & Competencies
High standard of communication skills, both verbal and written.
Organised approach with the ability to evaluate and prioritise consumer needs.
Self-motivated with a proactive 360° task completion.
Hours Mon - Fri 9.00am - 5.00 pm
Salary: £21,000.00-£22,000 per annum ( Salary review after probation )
