We are a family run company, with the opportunity for a new Customer Service Advisor to join the team. We are looking for talented individuals across sales, service and parts to join our team.
As Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, from initial booking by phone, email, you will be the contact for the customer for the duration of their visit. You will regularly update and keep them informed of progress throughout ensuring that we deliver on all promises and deadlines. You will organise the customer bookings for each day liaising with the After Sales Manager and your fellow workshop technicians. Following the service process to ensure all manufacturers audit standards are adhered to, you will take payments and talk customers through their invoices. You will maintain the administration of the loan car fleet and ensure all housekeeping and other admin duties are complete. You will be required to deal with general queries and many other ad-hoc duties.
Person Specification: ‘hands on’, customer focused team player who will take complete responsibility for customers vehicles and their concerns and be able to produce industry leading customer service under pressure. Good negotiation skills, excellent administration skills, a sense of humour and a keen eye for detail are required.
PC competency with knowledge of Pinnacle system would be an advantage and a desire to go that extra mile to help every customer will be pre-requisite. You should be committed to increasing our Customer Satisfaction results and to maintaining department processes. Experience in a similar role is preferred. Motor trade experience essential and we do have a bonus scheme.
