Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our Gledhill Response team offering product aftercare and customer support to the end user. Responsible for delivering the highest quality customer experience, successful candidates will act as ambassadors for the business and always promote service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a naturally warm and engaging telephone manner with a desire to make the customers' journey as efficient and pleasant as possible.
Any previous experience in a customer services, sales order processing or sales support role in a contact centre environment would be highly beneficial but is not essential as full training will be given. The hours of work for these roles are 40 hours per week plus availability for some weekend working.
Key Responsibilities
· Customer service on the phone and email – handling all enquiries.
· Processing payments
· Taking and processing orders on the phone/on-line
· Supporting the Section Manager
· Supporting customers in case of problems
· General office ad-hoc tasks
Skills & Experience Required:
· Excellent telephone manner, written and spoken English
· Good listening skills
· Excellent IT skills
· Attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.
· A strongly pro-active and ‘can-do’ attitude with a clear enthusiasm for the role and strong desire to continuously develop and improve.
· Positive and professional attitude
