Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our customer service team and are on the hunt for friendly, outgoing, and motivated customer service advisors.
- Monday-Friday Office Hours (No evenings or weekends!)
- Competitive £19 - £20,500 basic salary
- Bonus structure of up to £500 per month!
- 30 calls per day to our lovely trade customers
What will you be doing?
As a customer service advisor, you will ensure a seamless customer journey through excellent customer service via inbound calls, emails and following up calls on quotations. Ensuring our customers have what they need when they need it!
Being the first point of contact for our customers it is important you have an outgoing, friendly personality and a willingness to achieve expectations in a fun and supportive environment.
