Based: Burnley
Salary: £18k-£23k dependent on experience. Supported training & development opportunities, holidays rising, 35 hour week, early 3pm finish on a Friday and much more
Our client are a fantastic, well-established and rapidly expanding family business based in Burnley. With plans to continue their growth over the next few years we are recruiting a number of roles across the business. This role will sit in the established Customer Service team, working under an experienced Customer Service Manager
Role:
- Handling own portfolio of customer accounts
- Liaising with customers by email, phone and live chat dealing with any queries
- Managing new orders from customers, liaising with project team and wider business
- Making phone calls to update customers on their orders
- Liaising with wider customer service team on any issues that arise and solving them quickly
- Speaking to suppliers to ensure customers will receive orders on time
Experience:
- Customer service background would be highly desirable but not essential
- Intuitive and solution focused
- Efficient and confident in your approach
- Strong communication skills and computer skills - essential
