Start date – 3rd April 2023 with interviews that will take place during February.

About the Role

We are currently looking for full time Customer Service Advisors.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Experian Consumer Service team where every day you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference to the lives of our customers.

Using your strong communication and written skills you will be guiding them through their Credit Report and Score queries. You’ll have the chance to impress every time by delivering the highest level of customer experience, and in return will receive ongoing development and career progression opportunities.

  • Deal with customers via inbound telephone calls, emails or our live webchat facility
  • Provide a great and memorable Customer Experience
  • Understand regulatory requirements and remain compliant
  • Work on your own development and career aspirations

Where will you work and how

Our front-line Customer Service Advisors work in a hybrid environment, after training you will only need to come into our exciting Nottingham office 2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday).

Office location; The Sir John Peace Building. Experian Way NG2 Business Park Nottingham

During training (approx. 8 weeks) your working location will be office based and hours will be between 9:00 – 17:30.

Once training is completed, you will move into our four-week shift rotation with start times from 8 – 10.15 and end times of 4.00 – 6.15. This could include occasional Saturday working from 8.00 – 16.00, with one day off in the week to ensure you maintain a 5-day week.
