Equans is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team remotely on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, and benefits package.
Overview:
Your prime role will be using our bespoke software to diagnose faults and to liaise with our external contractors, providing solutions on the phone and via email, to the technical problems arising from Electric Vehicle Charging Points operated by Equans EV Solutions.
The role will include?
- Remotely diagnosing faults.
- Sending remote commands using our bespoke software.
- Raising tickets to sub-contractors for field repair and Maintenance visits.
- Processing RMA – Returning faulty parts stock and replenishing stock levels.
- Record keeping – logging each call on our database.

Who are we looking for?
- At least 2 years Customer Service Experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- A great combination of empathy and resilience.
- Experience of working in a fast paced Contact Centre with the experience of multi-channel contacts.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management.
