Customer Service Advisor
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: During training: 8:30am – 4:30pm. From week six: 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Location: You’ll start your training at our Exeter office (Gadeon House) for two weeks and, once completed, you’ll have the opportunity to work flexibly between home and the office.
Closing date: 22nd May
Interview/assessment evening date: 25th May & 31st May
Start date: 26th June
Salary: £23,295 + excellent benefits
We are looking for resilient Customer Service Advisors to join our EDF Business Solutions team here at EDF with both Permanent and Fixed-Term contracts available.

The opportunity…
In this role you will play a key part in helping us respond and resolve customer queries, via telephone, email or our self-serve portal. The expectation is that responses are delivered quickly, professionally and with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring a great customer experience with every contact.
Your purpose is to help our customers every step of the way on their energy journey, from contract signature to achieving Net Zero.
