Customer Service - Northampton Career Level 7 Hybrid Salary: £23,000 to £26,000 depending on experience. Do you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills? About the role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting our customers, through proactively contacting small to medium businesses and receiving inbound calls from customers. You will be using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support customers with a wide range of requirements including Invoices and Payments, booking Smart Meter Installations, help with using our Online portal and helping customers moving in and out of sites we supply energy to. Our customer purpose is to be the Trusted Supplier for our Customers, who aims to get it right first time. You will be integral in delivering this purpose by delivering best in industry Customer Service, taking ownership for solving Customer's queries and proactively reviewing customer accounts to identify any opportunities to resolve future problems before they arise. You will be target driven as you aim to meet and exceed targets for re-habilitating accounts that have fallen into arrears, alongside working towards productivity and quality KPI's, within a fun and supportive environment. About you To be successful in this role you will be able to pull on your fantastic relationship building skills as you work with our customers and your colleagues to come to a positive resolution for everyone. Through your patience and empathy, you will demonstrate your commitment to customer and provide a quality service to all customers.
