Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Worksop S80 3FY
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours - working 8 hour shifts between the hours of 6:00am and 18:30pm (some Saturday working may be included)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Investigating and solving customer queries within a timely manner - both over the phone and through email
- Collecting Proof of Delivery notes from hauliers and managing the records in the system
- Liaising with customer delivery and collection points to handle any queries and issues
- Live monitoring of the schedule throughout the day
- Supporting driver queries with live issues

- Customer service experience is essential, within a Supply Chain or Logistics background would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Resilient with conflict management skills, is an advantage
- Strong IT skills - knowledge of Microsoft Applications, such as Teams, Outlook and Excel
