Salary: £21,255
Location: Sheffield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 – 18:00 (37.5 hours per week)
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring data is always captured accurately.
- Handling inbound calls to maintain & add value to our current client base.
- Promoting the full range of products & services available on every call.
- Delivering world class service.
- Taking ownership & responsibility for enquiries and resolving any issues.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, sociable, fun environment.
- A confident communicator – we want people who can have great conversations with our customers.
