Customer Service Advisor
Currys Contact Centre, Poole, BH11 5XH
Permanent, full time, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
£21,528+ up to 10% bonus paid 4 weekly

As a Customer Service Advisor in our Poole Business Centre, you’ll provide a personal, human touch to deliver an exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Supported by expert colleagues, you’ll aim to take ownership and responsibility of every call. Our customers will really value your help when you find a first-time solution to their queries.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Helping customers with their support plans, facilitating repairs and after care service.- Offering over-the-phone support and guidance to solve customers’ queries right first time
- Building relationships with our customers, wider team and partners
We don’t use scripts, we guide and empower you to have a real conversation. You will therefore need to:
Have great communication skills with a confident, friendly approach- Place customers at the heart of every interaction
- Take ownership to drive a positive, lasting experience
- Be available to work allocated shifts to be there for our customers when they need us
