Customer Service Advisors - Buckinghamshire

CSL are currently offering an exciting opportunity for Contact Centre Advisors in this telephone-based role, for which you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls. This is a permanent full-time position.
CSL Group is a reputable well-established Collections Agency based in Whitchurch, Buckinghamshire, located just outside of Aylesbury.
We are looking for energetic, target driven candidates with excellent customer service, listening skills and a confident telephone manner. Previous call centre/ customer service experience is preferred however, this is not essential as full comprehensive training is provided, along with opportunities to develop your knowledge, skills and experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Responding to inbound and outbound calls
· Understanding customers financial situation in order to achieve a fair and suitable
outcome
· Accurately updating the customer database
· Working with customers to arrange affordable repayment plans
· Promoting effective working relationships with other teams across the Company
· Working within clear guidelines to deliver outstanding customer service
· Recognising customers in financial hardship or vulnerable situations ensuring all
customers are treated fairly
· Compliance with regulatory guidelines and treating customers fairly
Essential Requirements:
· Previous experience of working in a lively, fast-paced and customer focused environment
· Excellent communication, listening and questioning skills
· Good prioritisation & time-management skills
· Flexible and willing to take part in a departmental rota
· Enthusiastic Team Player
· Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
· Ability to absorb, understand & interpret information quickly
· Proven empathetic approach within a professional environment
This fantastic opportunity offers a very competitive annual salary of £22,500
Full time: 35 hours per week – varied shifts
Business hours are: Monday to Friday between 08:30 - 20:00
Saturday 09:00 - 14:00
