Full Time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm

50% Hybrid remote working (on completion of probation) no late shift, no weekends and no bank holidays

We are looking for:

  • Warm, friendly and professional colleagues who want to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
  • You’ll be energetic, flexible with a can do approach and good IT skills.
  • You’ll be passionate about understanding patient needs and helping resolve their queries over the telephone.
  • You’ll have previous experience of delivering great customer service. Experience of working in a contact centre and healthcare would be an advantage.
  • You’ll be available to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00

You will be the face and voice of Connect Health, handling patient queries and appointment booking requirements phone and email, following our processes and procedures whilst bringing your personality and self to the role and demonstrating our core values; People Centred, Quality, Pioneering and Dynamic.
