Our Metering Services team just scored 91% on the 'love to listen' survey which tells us we have one of the happiest teams in the country! We are looking for a new Customer Service Advisor to join the team, working on our alliance with Anglian Water to ensure customer’s expectations are exceeded.
Here are just some of the activites you'll be involved in:
- Act as a key interface with our customers by planning and making metering appointments, gaining an in-depth insight into their concerns and issues and feeding this back to the business
- Ensure systems and databases are up to date at all times and provide analysis to a range of stakeholders to assist with performance management reviews against agreed levels of service (SLAs)
- Assist with the scheduling and planning of works
What do you need?
Excellent customer service skills, particularly over the phone and IT literacy are essential.
