Job description
Centrado Trading Limited is a progressive UK company that supplies materials to the picture framing industry. We are recruiting for an outstanding individual who is reliable and hard-working, to be part of a highly motivated Customer Service team. We have grown through geographical expansion, competitive sourcing and increased product range and have just recently moved into a larger, new purpose built premises in Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire PE28 9RB.
What will you be doing for us?
You’re going to be handling calls and emails from our customers, this might involve taking orders or helping with queries, finding the right product for the customer needs. You’ll need to be a great listener; be able to adapt your approach and most importantly just be there to support our customers. In addition, you’ll be helping to develop business with existing customers by proactively following up on marketing campaigns and monitoring buying patterns to spot anomalies and discussing them.
What we are looking for from you;
- Previous similar Customer Service experience
- Computer literate in order to operate our CRM system
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to quickly gain full understanding of our Services and Products

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,161.00 per year

- No weekends

- Huntingdon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
