As a Customer Service Advisor (or Carepals Coordinator as we’ll call you) you’ll be instrumental in guiding patients through their treatment journey at Care Fertility.
You’ll provide support and guidance to our patients at every stage of their journey, arranging appointments, signposting to other Care services, raising quotations and invoices, taking payments, and sending patient treatment information.
You’ll liaise with the medical and clinical teams across the clinic to get treatment and medication plans for patients, obtain results of tests/checks and make sure that patients understand what their next steps are.
It is an administration in this role, but it’s not as an administrator, there is strong customer service focus to what we do.
As a Carepals Coordinator you’ll be a part of a great team who provide a positive link to our patients, and help them to create a family.
About you:
Previous experience of working in Customer Service in a sales-through-service environment would be great. Experience of Customer Service in a medical environment would be ideal as you will have a better understanding of the role. So maybe you’ve been a Medical Secretary, worked in Patient Liaison or you’ve been a Receptionist at a GP Surgery.
You’re flexible, eager to learn, are able to work alone as well as part of a team and have great attention to detail.
You have a strong understanding of delivering excellence for people (both written and verbal), with accuracy and in a timely fashion.
Excellent verbal and written communication are required as you’ll be dealing with people from all backgrounds and disciplines, making and taking calls, delivering a high-quality patient experience – you will be acting as a Care Fertility ambassador in all of your interactions.
Location/Benefits:
We’re based at Seacroft Hospital, York Rd, Leeds (LS14 6UH).
Working on a rota between 08:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday – however it is expected that in the next 6-12 months that the hours will change to working on a rota between 08:00-18:00 Monday to Saturday (Saturdays are 1 in 6).
