CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
REMOTE/CARDIFF
£23,000 - £24,000
Our client, a rapidly expanding start-up, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fast-paced, exciting team. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries, via telephone, email, webchat, and socials - ensuring an excellent level of service.
This role is offered as hybrid/Cardiff, or on a remote basis with monthly visits to the Cardiff office. It works on a shift rotation of 8am-8pm 5 days, with occasional Saturdays.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Service Advisor your key duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, via telephone, email, socials, and webchat
- Managing complaints and escalating when required
- Liaising with resident site teams to resolve issues
- Administering customer accounts following all relevant regulations e.g., GDPR, PCI.
- Achieving productivity and quality targets
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor, you must have:
- Experience in billing, complaint handling, or a similar industry, is beneficial
- Experience in a customer facing role, dealing with difficult queries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A motivated and proactive approach to problems
- The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
