We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving complaints in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will also be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to ensure that all customer needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers about products and services.
- Identify needs and provide solutions to problems.
- On board new forms, applications, and requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,125.00-£25,180.00 per year
