Bon Accord Life is one of the UK’s leading life insurance brokers and we have an excellent opportunity for an effective and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant in a fully remote capacity. The role is a part-time position, with 12 hour, 16 hour and 20 hour contracts available, where you will receive a base salary alongside a highly achievable bonus package to increase your overall earnings.
What is the job?
As a Customer Service Consultant at Bon Accord Life you will be responsible for contacting our existing customers via telephone to build meaningful relationships with customers as well as creating new sales opportunities for our experienced sales consultants.
On an average day you will...
- Contact our existing customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their current policy.
- Create sales opportunities by using the information you have gathered and pass these over to our experienced consultants to close the sale.
- Adhere to FCA approved compliance procedures and code of conduct.
- Handle client queries or objections to achieve the best possible solution for the client.
The skills and qualities you will need…
- Previous experience in a telephone based role is desirable
- Experience working in financial services is desirable but not essential
- Able to pay high attention to detail along with accuracy
- Organised
- Can work independently
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- Possesses strict time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential information
