Calling an organisation with a question nowadays can feel like hard work. But not in Customer Services. We want our customers to be delightfully surprised by how easy and helpful it is to contact us.
We are offering more ways of interacting with the council than ever before; via traditional contact channels such as telephone, email and face-to-face but we are also opening up different ways of dealing with our customers via web-chat, social media and our mobile app. That’s where you could come in. You’ll keep going until you’ve found the answer to every question and our customers go away happy.
You must already have a taste for giving great customer service and understand what it takes to send customers away happy, encouraging them to come back for more amazing service.
You’ll need some basic computer skills too. But what’s vital is that you have get up and go, a love of team working and a real desire to create fantastic experiences for our customers. In return we’ll give you coaching, training and one-to-one development and real job satisfaction.
