Client Support Advisor
Joining our Client Support team, you’ll be responsible for providing a positive and friendly style of customer service to our clients ensuring their query is successfully resolved in the first attempt. Your tasks will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, along with emails and video calls.
- Providing first line support to our clients and individuals completing DBS applications.
- Investigating and resolving software-related queries.
- Providing the correct guidance relating to criminal record checking legislation.
- Support the resolution of criminal record checking entitlement queries.
- Process new client enquires, from assessing needs through to onboarding.
- Log all activity notes (for example, from calls and emails) onto our CRM system.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of our client systems.
Queries will be varied and will keep you on your toes!
This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Meaning no weekends or evenings, and we close over Christmas!

- Confidence in using IT systems and guiding others through processes.
- Comfortable managing complicated queries.
- At ease when breaking down suitable solutions into bitesize, easy-to-follow, steps.
- Team player with a great sense of humour.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- A fantastic, polite, and welcoming telephone manner.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to think ahead for the client and advise on actions that’ll be required later.
