About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor in our Safety Services business, you will become an integral part of our team by communicating with our existing and potential customers every day. You'll play a huge part in helping us grow as a business, by utilising your experience to deliver word class customer service to everyone you come in to contact with!
Key responsibilities include:
Be the first point of contact for customers, capturing their needs and providing accurate information and resolution of queries at first contact.
Complete the end to end Managed Service booking process from generating quotes, producing job cards, through to certification.
Input all customer information and enquiries on the CRM system, ensuring customer information is accurate and up to date.
Producing accurate reports for both internal and external customers.
Timely scheduling of Medicals, Training and PPE Inspections.
Managing inbound calls, emails, orders and website enquiries, adhering to defined enquiry/query SLA’s.
Liaise with internal colleagues as required to assist with the resolution of customer requests and resolve customer complaints.

About you
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have/be:
Previous experience in a customer service role
A proven track record of combining outstanding customer service with a real commercial awareness and understanding of its impact on the business
Instinctive ability to manage customer expectations and the adaptability and creativity to think on your feet
Attention to detail
Excellent IT skills (CRM proficient is desirable)
A positive, can-do attitude
