Admiral Pioneer have recently partnered with Wagonex, a car subscription company based in Cardiff and London. Now, Wagonex are growing and are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
As our Customer Service Advisor, you will quickly find yourself at the front and centre of activities to assist our customers through our automotive website. The role is Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm and will be hybrid.
Who are Wagonex?
Wagonex is the home of car subscriptions, the flexible, all-inclusive alternative to leasing. We’ve been around since 2016 working B2B building subscription platforms for big automotive brands and also offering car subscriptions to consumers via our online marketplace Wagonex.com. We are now in an exciting growth phase taking our business to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a seamless customer experience
- Helping customers via email, live chat, and phone, dealing with enquiries as they arise
- Build great relationships with, and develop a deep understanding of our customers
- Be proactive with identifying new features and functionalities that contribute to an enhanced customer experience
- Manage customer surveys
- Report directly to Head of Operations
The Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer services
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Enjoy speaking to people and helping them wherever possible
- Demonstrate your ability to be self-sufficient as well as working in a close tight team
Desirable criteria
- Automotive, Finance or Insurance background useful but not a must
- Experience working in a start-up would be beneficial
