Job description
About the Customer Service Advisor role:
- Monday to Friday - No weekends!
- Working hours are 9am-5.30pm
- £23K per annum
- Temp to Perm role
- Based in Stratton area (on main bus route)
Duties for the Customer Service Advisor role:
- Ensure all calls and emails are responded to in a professional and timely manner, escalating to Team Leader where required
- Liaise with other internal team members
- Complete reporting, ensuring that reports are accurate and submitted on time
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Ensure procedures are adhered to in line with company policy and best practice
Experience / Skills required for the Customer Service role:
- Good PC skills, including experience of Microsoft Office Excel, Word & Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities
- Passionate about good customer service experience
