Role: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £23000 Eligible for 10% bonus upon completing successful probation period.
Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office 2 days at home.
2Fawcett are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a business based in Burton.
Your main duties will be:
- New partner onboarding
- Managing Incoming partner enquiries (via telephone or PC)
- Partner account management
- Commission and account administration
- Stock control and sales orders
- Partner assistance / query resolution
- Technical support
- Proactive customer care
- Data entry and query resolution
Experience
- Someone with telecoms experience
- Ideally some sales experience
- Understanding of telephone account management
- CRM experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £16,157.25-£24,504.74 per year
