Description
Ship Shape Resources Limited accredited employment and payroll specialists, using our experience to provide transparent and compliance focused employment and payroll services to End Hirers, Agencies and Contractors. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor apprentice.
Main duties include:
- Learning how to use and navigate our systems, understand and learn our processes; the ‘why’s’ and ‘how’s’
- Supporting your colleagues with the creation of new customer profiles
- Checking customer profiles, ensuring we have all the information we require to maintain our high levels of compliance
- Learn first-class customer service via inbound and outbound communication, both in practice and through your apprenticeship course And if that’s not enough, at times support internal teams with customer care
High school or equivalent graduate, GSCE Maths and English at grades 4 or above.
Training to be provided
- The learner will be studying the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
- Day release to West Suffolk College.
- Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held.
The role is 100% remote. You will need: A dedicated home work space, A good internet connection – at least 40Mbps Download and 10Mbps
