Job description
We are seeking experienced & committed customer service representatives to work for our well established company in Tutbury, Burton On Trent.
You will join a team of friendly and welcoming customer service advisors for a company that manufacturer and distribute disability aids.
Within this role, you will be required to support customers from the start of their orders, to completion and after care.
Your daily activities will include:
- Booking Appointments
- Answering the phone
- Responding to emails
- Liaising with the warehouse team
- Completing other general admin tasks.
Hours:
- You will work Monday-Friday, on a two week rota.
- You will work one week 09:00am-17:00pm and the second week 08:00am-16:00pm.
Experience:
- In order for your application to be successful:
- Be able to use outlook and excel
- Have experience working in an admin enviroment
- Be a hard working and reliable individual
- Be punctual
- Be able to work well in a team and on your own initative.
Pay:
You will earn £11.70 per hour in this role, weekend overtime (if available and wanted) will be paid at £17.70.
