We have exciting opportunities for experienced Customer Service Advisors. We are looking for advisors who excel in dealing with our residents both front facing and as part of our back office service to work with our communities and develop excellent working relationships with our services using a range of communication methods.
Putting the customer at the heart of all interactions and ensure all customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact. We need staff who are IT literate, with the ability to work with Multiple databases and Microsoft office packages.
We are looking for candidates who are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service, who have a desire to learn and develop skills and experience and to ensure our service delivery is matched by an excellent experience for our customers. As you develop in the role, you'll gain an in-depth knowledge of the services we provide, and we'll give you all the training you need to know how to communicate this in lots of different ways, so the customer gets all the information they need.
This will be a really proactive role, working closely with internal and external services, to support a seamless experience for our residents. Therefore, we need a “people person” to take on this role and someone who understands the importance of effective communication, attention to detail around fulfilling promises to customers and a real ability to use initiative to get tasks completed.
