Due to our continued success, we have our sights set on significant growth and with this comes the opportunity to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join our team.
To overall role is to be responsible for providing a comprehensive efficient and effective service. A key responsibility will include monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve Tyrefix services by investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety.
Duties:
- Provide quality customer service skills via telephone and email ensuring proactive and reactive communication with customers.
- Investigating all job cards to ensure that works has been carried out to the highest of standards.
- Investigating and solving customer problems in a timely manner, escalating to the relevant colleagues where required.
- Carefully maintain compliant and non-conformance of company standards through records and tracking systems.
- To ensure that customer service delivers to and (where possible) exceeds customers’ Quality expectations.
- Chasing retrospective purchase order numbers.
- To ensure all daily documentation is completed correctly and on time.
- Auditing and proof-reading job sheets to ensure all technical and health & safety requirements are met.
- Monitor and action Emails from the Tyrefix & Key Accounts Inbox.
- Support the accounts and Earth Mover Division with customer requests.
- Investigate complaints and incidents using root cause analyse techniques.
- Liaise with other departments and members of staff where complex issues require their assistance.
- Customer satisfaction levels to be maintained/enhanced to ensure business is growth and cross-selling opportunities are created.
- Work as a team to ensure KPI targets for closure of attentions, credits & queries are met.
Experience and competences required.
- Diligent, careful and accurate at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Positive, proactive, and willing to help others.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.

Salary: From £27,000.00 per year
