Job description

Our client, Legal & General, is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support our Home Finance team with administrative duties.

In this role, you will supporting the team with general administrative duties such as processing redemption, responding to email correspondence and other administrative duties to ensure the team are able to provide a great service to our customers.

Therefore, we are looking for candidates with great attention to detail, communication skills, ability to handle high work volumes and a good understanding of what it means to provide outstanding customer service.

What we can offer

· Competitive pay of £14 per hour, inclusive of holidays and with weekly pay.

· Admin experience is essential (financial services experience is preferred) and full and comprehensive training is provided.

· Sociable working hours – core working hours are Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, no late evenings or weekends! This is a full-time role (35 hours per week).

· Overtime is sometimes available at up to double time.

· The role is a hybrid role based out of the L&G office in Solihull, office attendance is usually required 2 days per week.

· The start date for this role will be in late March / early April

· This is a temporary position, initially for 52 weeks, with a view to extend / make permanent, subject to business requirements. Successful candidates will also have access to the internal vacancies board and will be able to apply for exclusive permanent positions and other temp opportunities.

· Upon successful completion of the full contract, workers will receive a lucrative retention bonus of 10% of all hours worked.

Salary: £14.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Overtime
