Job description

Our client, Legal & General, is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support our Workplace Operations team with administrative duties.

In this office based role role, you will supporting the team with printing, collecting and sorting incoming mail, indexing and other administrative duties to ensure the team are able to provide a great service to our customers.

Therefore, we are looking for candidates with great attention to detail, communication skills, ability to handle high work volumes and a good understanding of what it means to provide outstanding customer service.

What we can offer

· Competitive pay of £14 per hour, inclusive of holidays and with weekly pay.

· Customer Service experience is essential (admin/office based experience is preferred) and full and comprehensive training is provided.

· Sociable working hours – core working hours are Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, no late evenings or weekends! This is a full-time role (35 hours per week).

· Overtime is available at up to double time.

· The role is an office based role at the L&G office in Cardiff city centre. Remote/Hybrid working is not available due to the nature of the role. As this is an office based role, parking expenses will be covered.

· The start date for this role will be in early March.

· This is a temporary position, initially for 26 weeks, with a view to extend, subject to business requirements, and permanent positions may be available. Successful candidates will also have access to the internal vacancies board and will be able to apply for exclusive permanent positions and other temp opportunities.

· Upon successful completion of the full contract, workers will receive a lucrative retention bonus of 10% of all hours worked.

· Applicants who do not complete the Attention to Detail Assessment will not be considered.
