We all work remotely and meet once a month in London.
About You:
You will work closely with your line manager, the Operations Manager, with the Customer Relationships Manager and the Finance Manager.
Your day to day work will include liaising with multiple local authorities, the training participants and the trainers.
You will look after the administration of our training programme and be the first point of contact for external training enquiries.
The postholder will update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Experience of using a CRM would be an advantage.
