Consolor Ltd is an innovative, forward thinking and exciting company, committed to the assessment, manufacture and provision of specialist seating and mobility products and services to NHS and private clients across the UK. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly and busy team.
We have a modern manufacturing facility at our Totton headquarters where we manufacture bespoke specialist wheelchair seating solutions. Every seat is individually made and sized to the patient, conforming to the highest quality standards.
What are we looking for?
- Calm and efficient under pressure
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Great communication skills, confident to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Fantastic IT and telephone skills
- A keen eye for detail.
What will you be doing?
- Processing quotations and estimates, receiving prescriptions and requests for quotations received from both NHS clinics and private clients accurately inputting onto the management system.
- Ensure all telephone calls are answered professionally and courteously, and issues logged appropriately.
- Managing inboxes
- Updating databases and systems as required including keeping customer records up to date and attaching new documentation.

- £21, 673.60 to £22,048 depending on experience
- Full-time hours Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
