Customer Service Administrators needed to work from home for us.
Are you available immediately, do you have experience of Customer Service, being on the phone to clients and emailing clients?
We NEED YOU!
We are looking for people to join our ever growing Customer Service Administrator function. Here's what you'll be doing and what you need to know:
Working from home, via a laptop (that we supply) to speak with our corporate customers about all their queries to do with our Computer Software. A lot of them will be new customers who you will verify (check their details) and help get them set up.
You need to be great on the phone with people, super confident and able to multitask and be a really competent use of a laptop.
You need to have excellent written and spoken English and be able to send emails to clients.
You need to be free to work on a PERMANENT basis, Monday to Friday during office hours on a full time basis.
