Operating out of a 45,000sqft facility in Leeds, this employer are part of a globally operating organisation that employs over 4,000 people across the world. Their Leeds based facility has a diverse offering and supplies into a variety industries, including Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Defence and Automotive.

Because of continued demand of their offering at the Leeds facility, this organisation are looking to increase their Leeds headcount by recruiting a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis.

Based in Leeds, just a few minutes from the M1, the successful Customer Service Administrator will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns and cities including Castleford, Pontefract, Wakefield, Bradford, Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Harrogate, Wetherby and Halifax.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator will include:

  • Liaising with clients through a variety of channels (phone, email, Microsoft Teams) to provide updates on their order, acquire further information and distribute quotes/invoices etc
  • Process purchase orders via the internal system, ensuring all information is accurate
  • Answering incoming phone calls and distributing accordingly
  • Liaising with other internal departments including Finance, Accounts & Production to ensure that all parties are informed of updates

Working Hours of the Customer Service Administrator
37 per week spread across Monday to Friday:

  • Monday to Thursday – 08:00 to 16:30
  • Friday – 08:00 to 13:00

In return, the successful Customer Service Administrator will receive:

  • Annual Salary: Up to £22,000.00 per annum
  • Holiday Allowance: 28 Days including public holidays
