Customer Service Administrator - Peterborough

Monday to Friday, either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

What will you be doing?
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be providing support to the customer service team of a major UK pension company. Working in the back office, you will be pulling information from a work items (name, address, policy number etc.) and identifying work items, preparing and scanning them for the rest of the business

What are we looking for?
- A passion for helping people and providing great service. This may have been gained through work in a call centre environment, retail, hospitality, travel, or administrative environments.
- An attention to detail. You'll be managing documents from different departments throughout the company, so your ability to stay focussed is of the upmost importance.
- Knowledge using Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel) and a variety of computer systems
