Customer Service Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator based at our Head Office in Bradford. Our Customer Service function is the heartbeat of the business and is integral to the company’s success. As we look to evolve and take the department to the next level, we are looking for a passionate, fun, lively and energetic individual to join our amazing team of customer advisors.
The ideal candidate will be well-organised and have great attention to detail. Working within our customer service function, you will primarily manage our CRM, investigating and accurately logging customer issues and processing credits.
Key responsibilities:
- Thoroughly investigating customer issues to ensure accurate reporting.
- Accurately log issues on the Companies CRM.
- Process customer credits.
- Open, action and respond to all email queries in the customer service inbox.
- Engage in supplier events and workshops.
- Take a proactive approach to system and product training.
- Uphold and encourage the Delifresh Values at all times.
