Customer Service Administrator:
The Customer Service Administrator will provide support to the Biogen Commercial Team, including reporting to Local Authority & commercial customers, prepare and monitor all customer documentation, and use of our integrated management system (ACTIV).
Customer Service Support (Administrator) Requirements:
You will assist in preparing and updating daily scheduling for all incoming and outgoing waste. Carry out basic administrative duties, answering the phones and handling initial customer enquiries, detailing relevant information for the relevant commercial team member to follow up.
Distribute weekly and monthly tonnage reports to nominated customers and in conjunction with the commercial sales team prepare all Commercial customer terms and conditions.
You will monitor and update the compliance database to include food waste agreements, waste carriers’ licence, ABP registrations, duty of care and approved suppliers, maintaining ACTIV database in preparation for all external auditing.
You will ideally have previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, have good communication skills, able to recognise relevant new Feedstock opportunities, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday. Weekends and Bank Holidays on a rota. Hybrid working available
Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience + overtime + bonus
