Addingtons was established in 1998 and is committed to providing great customer service with excellent craftsmen, and quality high end products for a bathroom and kitchen showroom. Due to expansion and ensuring our focus on customer experience is upheld we are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly team of professionals.

You must have experience in either customer service or administration. The office is extremely fast paced, you will need to be able to think on your feet, use your own initiative as well as have a sense of urgency to your working day. The office is small but we are a team.

We are also accepting applicants who are able to work part time (minimum of 25 hours) onwards. Therefore you can work what hours you like, on any schedule that suits you. This is because for us we want to ensure have the right experienced candidate and we understanding flexible hours are important for many.

Your line manager is the Office Manager. The office consists of an Office Manager, Business Manager and Designer/M.D of the company.

Tasks include but not limited to:

  • Take incoming calls on the land lines and mobile.
  • The first point of contact for warranty claims that can then be escalated to the Business Manager if appropriate.
  • Dealing with clients who come into the showroom.
  • Take and log deliveries.
  • Create all customer files Inc: - Update the calendar with address, Job number and any other relevant information.
  • Call customers for the customer checklist and mid job calls.
  • Make after sales calls to clients.
  • Send care packs to clients.
  • AEG warranties.
  • Filling in procedural spreadsheets.
  • Deal with customer support alongside existing office staff.
  • Issue guarantee certificates.
  • Using Xero (training will be given) to upload invoices for payment on the system.
  • Send information to the electrician for testing.
  • General adhoc admin items that may be assigned by other office staff.
  • Assisting the Office Manager with her projects and tasks.

You need to be able to prioritise effectively and sometimes complete projects independently.

Salary is pro rata based on hours worked. It is currently based on 40 hour week.
