We are looking to hire a full-time Customer Service & Administrative Assistant who is looking for a new challenge. Who can hit the ground running and provide a robust support structure for the existing team.
This is a dual role, customer service is critical to daily business functions and therefore we are looking for someone who can prioritise their workload efficiently to ensure all key activities are covered every day. We need someone who can use their initiative and common sense and be able to communicate with customers, agents, managers and clients.
At MNT, an outsourced sales centre for clients in the natural health industry, you will be joining an established, collaborative team with the opportunity to develop the role and contribute to the expansion of the Company. We currently run out of two sites.

What You Will Be Doing……
· Working alongside the management team providing general admin duties which include data input, writing and uploading specification sheets general administrative duties smooth
· Supporting new starters through the onboarding process, including training on the company CRM system
· Verifying sales to ensure compliance in line with company policy.
· Report on and liaise with the management team to discuss any repeat call quality issues.
· Liaising with Clients and Customers to resolve queries and complaints.
· Assisting the Sales Managers with stock control to ensure the Sales Agents are only selling what is in stock
Do You Offer…?
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience of the ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Willingness to participate in on-the-job training.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
- Experience in using Bespoke databases or CRMs.

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role based at our office in Old Basford. There’s ample parking on-site or you can reach us via a 15-minute tram or bus journey from Nottingham city centre.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
